I stole Stewart's idea, but it doesn't sit quite flush on an Excursion, as that area has a slight curve to it. Still looks good, though, IMHO, and is accessible.

I like the idea of having it below the tach, wonder if it tough to adjust when the shifter is in Drive? I like the idea of the (JMS)flush mount, don't like the idea of a big hole in the dash. Beside the 4x4 switch looks nice, little further to reach. Pillar mount least invasive, not quite as clean though...

Get the gauge mount switch, easy to read and reach IMO.

Hmm, I have a knock-out plug by my 4x4 switch. Mounted it there with a small velcro dot. That way I pull it every night= no start.

I got 2 wheel drive and I mounted it where the 4x4 switch would be.

This is where I have mine, I like it its outta the way and easy to get to when I want it. The steering wheel usually blocks it so I dont even know its there while Im driving

I made a steel bracket & tied it in the brake control. Didn't want to cut any holes in the dash.

Does anyone have pictures of where they have put it on there Excursion? I have an 01 and the dash is really curved where you guys usually put it to the left of the 4X4 switch.
