Question Water in power steering

Somehow, there's water in my power steering system... I need to flush the system. Anyone else had to flush their steering system out?

There should be a drain tube under the cowl to divert water away from the reservoir. It's probably missing. The power steering flushes we do at work work excellent. If one is not available, remove the return hose on the bottom of the reservoir and let it drain. reattach, refill, start and run vehicle. repeat this as often as needed to remove the water from the system.

I'd known it was there for a while, but it didn't bother me until the temperature dropped down to -10 the other day, and the steering wouldn't work... at all.
