The way I see it, the Oregon house and senate are split, and Kitz will play hell trying to get anything passed. I'm going to stay here and FIGHT!

I cannot stand Eugene.......I drive around it. When there, I feel as if in enemy territory, look around...these are the folks voting for this crap, and they will NEVER see the light.

I don't mind the weather that much, I like green, haven't had any trouble with crime personally (thats for people who live in Eugene)........I can always go to the high country or CO to play.........Right now, I have elderly parents to tend to in Eugene (ugh) and cannot consider a move too far.
I am NOT alone over here, leave the big towns......Its positively conservative over here, theres just too many of them in the cities.

After thinking leaving Oregon over, I think I'm with you Don, I'm sticking it out and going to fight for what I've worked all these years for, and vote again to vote some more of these liars out of office, and replace them with decent and truthful people, that love America and what she stands for! I can always go to Idaho from time to time to get a breath of fresh air, if it gets to bad with the demoncrates!

I've never been a quitter and I refuse to be now. I've got a standing invitation from a couple of gold mines I do work for in Western Montana to move me over there, but no way! I love Eastern Oregon and will fight to turn this state around!

How about the 51st state?.......The Republic/State of Eastern Oregon.
Draw a boundary at the Cascade summit, new capitol, Bend?.........Let the lefties sleep in the bed they've made. We would welcome industry, lower taxes, and encourage investment by family wage employers looking to expand........I imagine most of Southwest Oregon would want to join too, with the exception of Ashland.
