I have a 1997 Ford F150 SuperCab shortbox 4x4 with 175K miles on it. The left and right "blinkers" just don't blink anymore like they're supposed to. They usually blink once or twice, then stop. I looked under the dashboard trying to find a flasher can like on older cars, but did not find anything. I don't have a wiring diagram for my truck, and I'm sure that would help. Does anyone have a quick fix for this problem?
Going from memory, your flasher is behind the radio, remove radio and look for a square relay ( which is your flasher) that has a 13350 or 13550 ( can't remember ) number on it.
