4.9 Header Question

Well I do have a 4bbl intake, and carb already installed. I think the header will make a difference on mine. If it leaks I will do whatever it takes to keep it from it. My exhaust log thats on there now is leaking like crazy, and I would rather upgrade to a much higher flow than the log, or the EFI that way I have room to grow.

I never drove mine on the highway with just the header on it, just bombed around off road, by the time I got it on the road I had a 290H cam in it, and I tried EFI manifolds on it at first when I first re-installed the engine after the build with the cam, they were a big cork in the exhaust.... Mind you that cam had more lift and duration than what I have in my current 460... LOL

LOL It's open headers in those clips, I ran a pretty quiet set of turbo mufflers on it on the road, so, it wasn't too attention grabbing.

Another funny thing is I'm using most of the 2.5" tubing I used on the 300 for the exhaust on the 460... LOL
