I think most of us here would recommend against going with the OEM links, in favor of just replacing the stock bushings with the energy suspension urethane bushings.
Are there any aftermarket companies who use eurethane bushings in their links that are sold complete instead of changing out bushing. I do not have a press and wouyld think it would become an angry afternoon without it.

Not that I know of.
You can probably remove the links from your truck and take them, along with the new bushings, to a shop and get them swapped out for a pretty reasonable price.
Otherwise, OEM replacements are the only ones I know of.
I don't think that the aftermarket links are very expensive (I think I saw under $50) so replacing them every once in a while is not a really big deal if they go bad again.
When I got some for my F250, I got the Moog ones from Rockauto.com. I have also gotten the Moog ones from O'Reily's Auto Parts. It is really depends on application for which place is cheaper. When I replace my links this summer, I am going to order them from Rockauto.com for about $50 ea.
what is the part number for energy suspension bushings to replace both swaybar end link bushings? already replaced the to main big ones now just need ot get the ones for thelinks who has the best price??

Thanks and reps for posting here in the Ex section -
Question -
In the pic below is that a crack in the frame/doubler adjacent to the lower double bolts securing the upper bushing?
(Lower right hand corner of the picture.)
Can't tell for sure from the picture - just wondering what I need to look for when inspecting the underbelly of the beast.

Does that same bushing kit (Energy Suspension 4.5186G) fit a 2003 Ex? Amazon says no, but I'm thinking yes. Anyone know?
Edit: Further research shows that the end link bushings for this kit will work on the Ex. However the bar bushings are too small (that is if all Excursions have a 36mm front sway bar).

No, its not a crack. I believe that's a relief cut in the frame that was required for bending it up. Looks like it was welded across the bottom. Here's a pic of that same location from the other angle...
