Can anyone decode that for me please. Thank you! Trying to find out my gear ratio.

If it's the truck in your sig, and it's original, I'm pretty sure it's a 3.70.

Not sure if it matters, but the engine in the sig isn't the original to the truck. It originally had a 4 bbl 390.

I was thinking it was a lower ratio- I can't even fry the tire off unless it's wet out. I was thinking it was a 3.08.

The number you posted is not a valid code. There should be 3 digits at the beginning of the second line, followed by a 9. You have the 9 correct.... however the "AO" is incorrect.

The first digit will most likely be covered by the bolt head. You should probably remove the tag. The three digit number will be your ratio.
