Best year 5.4
whats the best year 5.4 to swap into my 97? i know i can swap in any 5.4 from from 97-03, but which year is the best? ive heard the 99 is the best but i dont know. hopefully ill get an answer this time....

go with the newest. 99 they changed the heads to make more power so 2000-03 would be a good place to start
but anything is possible with enough money you could put in a 5.4 from an 09 if you wanted to but ya money...
