Engine Crank Case Filter

The owners guide for my 2002 f250 says that an engine crank case filter should be replaced every 50 thousand kilometers. Do 5.4 's have such a thing? And if so where is it!?

Not that I have ever seen. It just draws in air from the air intake and is filtered thru the regular air filter.
