Stroker Pistons- Oil Ring ????

Stroker Pistons- Oil Ring ????
With these KB 860 pistons the ring set that came with them is a Speed Pro set- part number R-9332 5. I was wondering if any-one had used these before as I cant work out how the oil Rings work, they have two nylon buttons on each called Expander buttons, it states they butt up together then install the oil ring retaining ring ????? doe's the oil retaining ring go above or below the oil ring to help hold it in place.
