I second the make sure they are aimed right.
But here in WV with all the twists and turns on top of the ups and downs, even if they are aimed right you still get blinded if someone has them somewhere behind you.

HAHAHAHA! That is funny chit, I was saying the same damn thing the other night. I want to put them on the back anf my truck and aim them in there eyes and just turn them on whenever someone has there highbeams on. It isn't nearly as bad after I tinted my windows but it still sux.
