Expedition Cooler Question

Looking in front of my radiator this afternoon, I saw a small 2 coil cooler. Does anyone know if that is a transmission cooler or an oil cooler?

Sounds like the power steering cooler, but why don't you see where the lines go?

I followed them a little ways, but once they were into the engine compartment, I lost them. I didn't have the time when I found it to follow it all the way to where it goes. One of these days when I have the time, I will do that.

Thanks for the info, I didn't know there was a power steering cooler. When I do get a chance to follow the lines, I will know that it could go there as well.
