There are several you can purchase or you can also check out your local library. I know mine has all the Mitchell Wiring Manuals from 1950 something and newer on the self. You might even be able to find a link on this site if you do a search of the forum. There is one for the 64 floating around for sure that I have used to trace wires on a 66 with very little difficulty. There are a few wires that don't match but I was able to see what they were using one from another site for the 67-72 trucks.

Majority of the Ford parts supplier's carry the wiring diag manual; NPD, Carolina Classics, LMC, D.C., or directly from the source, Jim Obsborn Reproduction for $7 plus S/H. Found it very helpful tracing electrical gremlins.
