Front Airbag Sensor

Does anyone know if the front airbag sensor located behind the grill is a dealer only part or can it be purchased from a parts store?

I'm not sure if that is dealer only item or not, but I personally would want the genuine Ford part for such a critical system component. I haven't had great experiences with aftermarket sensors.
