The IPR is connected toward the bottom of the HPOP. Look at the fuel bowl on the drive side of the fuel bowl (low) you should see a wiring that is going to the bottom of the HPOP. You will also see that there is a small tin nut after that plug. Disconnect the plug and take the tin nut off. After that you will need a 1 1/8 deep socket to take the IPR out. once out make sure you have something to plug the hole or oil will drain out. Let me know if you need any more help.
