Whats the opinion on filter and oil,
For the first time I had Ford change my oil, I'm due now.
Ford put in Syn ( IBelieve) 10w30.
Should I go to them for oil and filter, or any auto parts OK?
just need some personal opinion, thanks!

I'm a big fan of Motorcraft oil filters. You can find them for around $10 for our trucks at some parts stores or walmart. I don't use synthetic oil, but some here do. I've had good luck with Rotella, Delo, Valvoline Premium Blue, and Mobil Delvac.
