Before you head to the dealer I am pretty sure SCT or Innovative can re write you a stock file for your truck. I dont think you have to go to the dealer for this. I have heard of other people having this same problem when trying to return the truck to stock because their stock file on the SCT was corrupted. Hopefully some that knows more about this will read this.
