i've been reading around and i just wanted to know what normal culprits are for a draining battery besides interior lights( i make they're off before i go inside). i did some troubleshooting and found the radio fuse under the hood was blown. could that be it?
Could be a bad cell in the battery. Have it tested, any auto parts store can do it for you for free. A blown fuse would not be the culprit, when a fuse blows it simply opens the circuit up to prevent damage to the electronics on that circuit, i.e. no more electricity flow.

I had an 88 F150 that had a problem with the battery draining overnight. After a couple of days of that, the alternator caught fire while driving - fortunately just as I was pulling into the house. After I replaced the alternator, no more draining problems. Coincidence? Maybe. Unfortunately, I don't know how to check for an alternator with a potential problem, so maybe I'm not helping much...
i already checked the batteries two days ago and both were good and made good amps(around 960, the had on a slow charge cause the truck had sat for a while) however the alternator could be the culprit cause today i jump started the truck and volts actually went down. i shut the truck off before it died but it would have soon anyway
Do you have an aftermarket alarm on it? I had a 95 with an aftermarket alarm on it and the little sensor light that indicates the alarm would often be enough to drain the battery when it was time to replace the battery or when the truck sat for a long time. As stated above a bad cell won't hold a charge and if you charge and drive the truck and it still doesn't hold a charge good chance the alternator is bad you can get that checked at a auto parts store as well I believe.
