Back in the 70s I had a 60 F100 4x4 (rating plate stated 5600 lb GVW) that was supposed to have had the original rims. It had 6.50 x 16 8 ply tires.
From the 1960 Operators Manual:
4000 lb GVW - 6.70 x 15 4 ply
4400 lb GVW - 6.70 x 15 6 ply
5000 lb GVW - 6.50 x 16 6 ply
5600 lb GVW - 7 x 17.5 6 ply
Pickups back then had optional tires and rims that were not always listed in the brochures. And sometimes there were a few oddities - back in 77 I ordered a new 1977 F250 4x4, and when it arrived at the dealer, it did not have the wheels and tires I ordered, but 7.50 x 16 10 ply tube type Goodyear Custom XTra Grip tires on lock ring style rims.

I've got similar info in my wheel catalogs. It looks like the standard 4x4 wheel was a 15" x 5.5" one piece tube type. A heavy duty 15" x 5.5" semi drop center (2 piece) was available as well as the 17.5" x 5.25" tubeless. There are others I found but I don't think they were spec'd for the 4x4. 3414 has you covered on tires. Stu

Bill - This is where your info, or even the Chassis Manual, will commonly be better sources than the wheel manufacturer's listings. My references list "HD or FWD" on some wheels, but clearly from what you've shown those same wheels were optional across the product line. Thanks. Stu

For rim diameter, measure at the bead seat diameter. This is the surface that the bead of the tire mounts on. This is not the flange (or the largest)diameter.
For rim width, measure the length from inside of flange to inside of flange at the bead seat diameter.
Rim diameter is not the easiest thing to measure with a tape measure, sometimes it is easier to wrap the tape around the bead seat diameter to measure the circumference and then divide by 3.14. I have just used a set of 24" calipers and a tape.
