yup it smoothes out pretty quick though .. Im ready to get it done , but Iv had to keep closing mine back up cause I had places to go LOL .. one of these days ill get it ......
Adjusting the Max fuel screw (allen head inside the pump) only affects full throttle, or near full throttle fueling of the engine.
If you want to really change the personality of your truck, adjust the fuel ramp curve. It is easier to do, as it is externally accessible. I wouldn't even think of doing this without an EGT gauge with the thermocouple mounted close to the pistons.
