No Access through Differential Cover?
I would like to put a differential temperature sensor on my 2001 F150 2wd 3.55 LS. Probably most would consider this unnecessary, but I have had rear axle problems on my Jeep GC, and I thought it would be easy to put a sensor in and select that readout with a switch to my trans temp gauge.
Unfortunately, the differential cover plate does not seem to have a fill plug. Do I have to buy a new cover plate with a fill plug, or how does one refill these nowadays?
