I'd love to see what kind of custom work you guys have done to your trucks. Anything from a big ol' bada** motor to lifts to interior details. Something that says "This is my truck, and no one else's." Haven't had mine long enough to do anything, or I'd show you some pics of my own.
bored out and balance, also dynamicaly balanced. .536 lift cam 214@.50 duration. offy 360 single plane intake (vintage from 70's) not shown is the probillit msd ignition. was put in after this photo.
no i dont have the power numbers but when i had my 33's i could keep them spinning for over a block. its pulled more than a few tree stumps. now im willing to be i dont have near the power of that 428 posted up. but i've got mine built more for low end pulling power. man i'd love to take that f100 for a quick spin around the block.
Some of you may have already seen this in my build thread, but I had a few comments on the hood of the GFs F100.
Better pic of it on the old LWB beore we butchered it
It was cut out of a mates 70 series Land Cruiser that was writen off. It was more work than I really would have liked but ended up looking fairly good.
man i love that damn hood. you ever decide to part ways with it im sure there would be a line for it...lol so where can i guy get one of those mark VIII electric fans? im wanting to switch over so if i ever go mudding again i can shut off the fan when i hit the water. oh i also forgot to mention about my 390 im running the super cobra jet rods. i know they are a bit heavier but im not spinning 7 grand and it also helps with the torque having a bit more rotational mass.

Junkyard. I am pretty sure I paid about $12 for it.
I already had a standard Bosch relay lying around for the 1st speed, it took me a couple times to finally get the 2nd speed to quit burning up relays.
For 2nd speed I got a 150 amp continuous duty relay from a Heavy Truck supplier.
I also just have the fan wired up to a on-off-on toggle switch. Sometime i'll wire in a controller, but this it working too well to mess with it at the moment.

I can imagine that was quite a bit of work. I like it. That's a sweet touch there.
I like those Cobra emblems too. Subtle, but noticeable.
