Alignment Issues

I am having a major alignment issue with my 95 E-350. The camber is way too positive to the point that you can stand in front of the vehicle and look head on at it and see a physical problem. And its not just one side its both. And it ate the front tires up pretty good. I got the van about a year ago and just ignored it since I don't use it that much. But now seeing I might be using it for my business I would like to correct the problem.

I used to wrench, so I know the obvious, check the balljoints, bearings, all that fun stuff. That is the problem though, I can't find anything really wrong. The springs seem factory. The front end actually looks like it had never been really worked on, but yet the camber is so evenly bad, it looks looks like all the weight had been taken off the front. I have never seen a twin I beam set up with the camber this off.

The one thing I am wondering is my method of checking the balljoints. I am just shaking the wheel up and down by hand, but I wonder if it would be better to put some force on them with a large pry bar.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this before? It just boggles my mind because I have done front ends on these before were everything was practically falling out and it didn't look this bad.

There are camber inserts, so it's possible to correct, maybe your springs are sagging.

Thanks for the reply, but I am thinking if the springs were sagging or worn out the camber would be negative, or the top of the wheels would be pointed inward. My camber is extremely positive. I am sure I could take a picture of the front of the van and you would be able to see by the picture. Once I get the carb back on my other truck and that out of the shop I am going to pull the van in and look closer.

Has the ball joints been worked on, the camber inserts could be in backward.

any chance it used to be lowered? used lowering springs up front and an axle flip or whatever in the rear... and then to sell it they put the stock springs back in? longshot i know, just tossing out thoughts
