Sounds like What just happened to me replaced the CPS and the truck fired right up. Good luck hope you get it running.

So... I gave up and took it to a local shop, which has an AE. Wasn't starting because there was no oil pressure. The IPR decided to give up. Got a new OEM in now and it idles a lot better than before. Use to run a bit rough until it warmed up. Seems to run a lot better when cold with the new IPR. Must have been on it's last leg.
