Box measurement
Hi guys i was wondering if anyone had a 2004 ford with an 8ft box. I measured one and the floor between the wheel tubs is the same size as my 66 box floor. I measured my bolt holes to see if they are close. The 66 box they are 8 1/2 inches from the edge of floor to the center in the lower rib. ON the 04 box they are 7 1/2 inches and they are on top chanel. I was wondering if when you measure 8 1/2 inches on the 04 box if the hole would be in the recesed part or the raised part. I would have checked my self but the truck i was getting the measuremenst left the shop before i could. Any help would be great. Thanks
