will it hurt

Hey guy i just got my new truck a 200 ford 3/4 ton auto and i bught a diablo predator programmer for it i had it on 40hp and turned it up to 85 i havnt got gauges yet but i was wondering if turning it up to 85 will tear anything up it has 27000 miles on it but runs like a top but i dont want to tear anything up i have never out a chip on any of my trucks so i figured i would ask the people who know what thre talking about

Welcome to FTE.
You will be fine for now.You will need to get you a set of gauges(pyro,boost,trans temp)as soon as you can so you can monitor what is going on.Those types of programmers are alot different than the ''chips'' that most run on here.Stick around,do alot of reading and asking on here.There are NO dumb questions here.Good luck with the truck

Barry has got you headed in the right direction, I would definately get yourself a set gauges at very least.

What type intake(air filter)are you running?Those are very important as well.

Oh yes, lots of mods to do, 4" exhaust, EGT gauge, Boost Gauge, and like he said, air filter, keep the thing running cool and running smooth.

i have an afe intake and 4" straight pipe turbo back..... i didnt want to tear the transmission or anything up

Keep your RPM's UP... Do NOT lug the motor. RPM's keep the EGT's down.

ill probably just keep it on fourty until i get some gauges

Very good idea, you at least need a Pyro gauge, specially if you're pulling loads. You need to keep your exhaust temps below 1300*F for extended periods of time.
