GEM module location

Where is the gem located at on my 2003 F-350 ?????

It's on the instrument cluster. It's sold as part of the HEC (cluster) module and needs to be programmed by ford or someone with the right passthru cable.

Really my computer is in front of e-brake assy and (Wires) hooks in from engine side I gave it a goood undercoating .

That is the ECM not the GEM. These vehicles have several computers, the one that has the 101 wire harness from under the hood only does the engine and transmission. The HEC cluster contains the GEM and handles pretty much all of the body electronics.
