95 Bronco

I'm doing a SAS with a D44 8 lug conversion and a Sterling 10.25 rear axle. They will have 4.88 gears. The front is already geared with a locker. The 10.25 will have to be regeared and I'm trying to find a LS for it.

Got all the shocks, brake calipers, and some steering off.

The brake calipers I hung them off a body mount so I don't have to fool with bleeding the brake fluid at the moment.

I'll have some parts to get rid of.

No comments needed on the blocks that it's sitting on. A buddy of mine is going to let me borrow some large jack stands to put under it.

Couldn't get the ABS plug off the axle so I just disconnected it. I won't have ABS anyways after the SAS is completed. I rolled the pigtail up and secured it to the hub.

Passenger Side

Pic of the front with the steering stabilizer and tie-rods disconnected.

In this pic you see the level sitting on the frame. This is to make sure the vehicle is level so when I mount the solid axle under it everything will be squared up.

I'll have some spare parts to get rid of along with the current 6" procomp lift with Superlift Extended radius arms.

Also looking for some 8 lug 8 on 6.5 16" or 17" rims

I got rid of the blocks because it didn't seem safe. A buddy of mine let me borrow some heavy duty jack stands. These jack stands are sitting on 2" cap blocks. These babies are befty!!:kewl:

Thanks Shawn!

I also built a couple of these for the axles. Makes moving them around a lot easier.

We I've about got the front end completely tore out.

I remembered I had a pitman arm puller. Put it on and turned the wrench about a 1/2 turn and it popped right off. I just knew I was going to have to fight with this thing. :eusa_dance::eusa_dance:

Anyone needing a 95 TTB D44 w 3.55's?

I slid the axle under the front to see what it looks like.

I slid the buckets as far forward as I could and with that it looks like the axle is centered under the wheel well.

Drivers side lined up with the center of coil bucket

Passenger side linded up with the center of the coil bucket

Well the Lord has blessed me this past couple of weeks by helping me sell some stuff to buy some parts.

I've sold the lift and the NP205 T-case so now the Sterling will probably be getting some 4.88 gears.

Here's the one thing I've been wanting but didn't want to pay $900 bones for. I found them on NC4x4 for $450 shipped!

These are the Cage Radius Arms and they are BEEFY!!!!!!

is it just the camera angle or is one of those cage arms really bent.

also most will move the coil buckets forward 1" at least. this will give additional clearance for the front crossmember and trackbar.

You didn't happen to post the same question on FSB did ya?

No if you look you'll see I've got the sock mountings facing the same way. It's just the camera angle I guess.

Yeah I'll be moving the coil buckets all the way forward till they hit that lip on the frame like everyone else has done.

Why is this site set up so that YouTube Videos can be seen but you have to navigate away to look at a picture? rhetorical question, bad site set up.
