I've got all my steering linkage set where I want it. I'm taking the track bar and upper mount to a buddy's house that has more welding experience and better welder than my HH140 to weld them up.

This is the Ingalls Engineering Track Bat Stud Replacement that I went with. I brought the 10* reamer as well.

So if anyone is wanting to do this setup I will rent you the reamer.

Here's the lower track bar in place to give you an idea as to how it will look.

Here's everything mocked up where it will set. The track bar and drag link are 1* maybe 2* off from one another.

This is the upper track bar mount tacked up and ready to be welded up for good. It's all .250" wall the mounting part is 2"x4"x.250" square tubing. I've got to build a brace to go from the crossmember to the track bar bolt for better support. The bolt is 3/4" Grade 8.

Side view of mount. Once it's welded up I'll round off the edges and possible cut it short for esthetcial (SP) reason!

I'm thinkink about doing another brace from the back end of the cross member over to the rear part of the angle for added support. Any thoughts about this?

Here's a pic of the crossmember cut. I'm going to weld a piece of flat plate to the bottome of this section for a little more support. I'll also be doing a Saginaw pump swap and cooler so the lines will be gone as well.

Only thing left is gear oil in the diffs, brake fluid and bleed lines, shocks and rear shock mount and bump stops.
