Do a search in the forum. I found a complete write up with pictures and measurements. I ended up modifying a 2005 basic black plastic grille and it worked out nicely. The instructions were easy to follow. I don't have the link anymore, but if I come across it again then I'll add it to this post.
I recommend giving it a try. If you can use a measuring tape and a dremel tool then it's an easy modification.

Where did you find the 05' grill for $63.00? Does it already come with the black honeycomb and blue oval FORD?
