Shift Kit
I installed a transgo shift kit today in my 04 f250 v10. I changed all the valves in the accumulator body and added a plate under it. It has fixed the lack luster shifting of the truck as a matter of fact it shifts perfect

I drove the truck today for about 100 mile test ride and it is perfect. Unreal how much better it is. I called Transgo about the install and they told me since mine was a 2004 that I only had to do the accumulator modification takes about 25 minutes to do. It takes longer to drain the oil and remove the pan. There is not much to it, this truck is just about perfect.

Thats the problem with the "Shift kits" out there they don't fix the entire issue with the trans. It adresses the shift firmness and holding and thats about it. The real performance increase is in the tuning not the accumulator.
