Since these heads were never installed on these trucks I doubt you'll find a set that are specifically made for the combo, but others here have had luck with standard truck headers on these heads.. some minor clearancing is usually necessary though.

It's more about routing around the engine compartment, frame, and firewall topography than about bolting to the exhaust.
