Maybe he was worried about the gas pedal sticking? If there's a SA in this thread or on this forum...I'm sorry. But all the ones I've had dealing with are goobers. I called my local dealership two months ago to find out what they were doing with their used anti-freeze. The SA told me they burned in their waste oil heater I asked if she was sure...."Yip, the mix it in with the oil and burn in the shop heater". So I roll up there with 30 qts of used oil and the first dump of coolant from my truck...their shop heaters all the sudden can't burn antifreeze (go figure). This is the same bunch of SA that claim my wife's Explorer needs new air filters EVERYTIME it's in there for an oil change...and the brakes are dangerously worn out. Sorry about the rant, I just class SA and salesmen on the same social class.
