March BS Thread
Steve, That is what makes us all different, Thank God. When I was younger & working on a job. I liked the cooler weather over the hot summers. I worked as a mechanic as my first career. I got out of that & opened a small construction business that I ran for 13 years before retiring. Boy it was always easy to get warm working hard out doors, but hard to get cool in the hot summer months.
Living full time in an RV it is a full-time job trying to keep an RV from freezing up in cold weather. During the winter it is almost impossible to leave it over night without it freezing or having to winterize it each time. My wife has a two week break during the Christmas time & we are basically stuck in the trailer for that time. When we are in warmer country we can travel during that time without worrying about the RV. I have had doctors tell me over the years that I should be in a sunny warm climate. That my health is much better in the sunny warm months.
So I see it as a personal choice & I'm very fortunate to be able to have the choice & that my wife can work pretty much anywhere she wants. Not everybody has these options.

Good Evening Steve.
Had a great weekend. Family G2G today. Yesterday we spent in the desert looking for a Hot Springs we have looked for before & we found it yesterday. Don't blow a 15" tire out here because the nearest place to buy one is Fallon which is over 150 miles away. Winnemucca is only 50 miles but out of 3 tire shops no one had a 15" tire new or used. So tomorrow I'll have to drive without a spare to Fallon & hope Payless Tires has a match in stock. That is were I bought them.
