I've got an 03 Excursion and would like to swap the grill/bumper/headlights to that of the 05-07 superduty. I've already read the "how-to" but I'm hoping someone can provide a list of OE numbers, for the parts that are needed. My company pays 5% over cost for any parts from our local Ford dealer.
Thanks
Why in the world would anyone pay that kind of money to do that?
All I did was order a set of Harley Davidson originals from Ford.
THEY COST ME ONLY $300 total...just talk to a Ford dealer direct.
I did not have to change anything else out on my 1999 and since
yours is newer, you should not have any problems at all.
My header panel requires a little modification, but it should be
plug and play on your truck.
Perfect...thanks! I'm guessing those are Ford part numbers rather than actual OE #'s listed in that link.
Not really sure. I would think a parts guy could figure them out. Good luck and post pics when you are done.

It's a common and popular upgrade to get the 05+ F look (which I like the best of all in the SD line).
Far as I know the header panel for the Ex and F are the same from 99-04 and 05 for the Ex. Which means if you modified the header panel for the F for the headlights you would have to do the same for the Ex.
I understand its a popular upgrade.
I did it myself also...but I did not buy all the parts that they listed.
And especially not for the huge price that they were listing.
The lights fit without changing anything else.
Thats why I was so shocked why anyone would pay that much.
Only the OEM lights do not leak and collect water.
Most of the others leak and fog up.
So what are you really saving?
I paid wholesale cost for these from Ford.

Mine are not OEM , mine are from Eagle Eyes and do not leak or anything , and I pressure wash my truck all the time if anything was going to get in them it woud at 3000psi beating against them

Because it's a complete front end conversion (grill, bumper, header panel, etc) not just headlights.
Understood, but its not necessary to get all those parts and
spend all that money to do the conversion.
A set of headlights and pigtails (depending on year) is all that
you need. And a few hours for assembly.
Rentaman you are not making sense. The upgrade is more than just headlights and pigtails. The money is one thing, but the parts are required to do the conversion for a complete front end.
Like Chris said. You're not making sense. All you keep talking about is the headlights. If that's all you want is the new headlights that's great but it's not the complete conversion (look) nor parts of the 05-07 front end.

They are OE numbers, just the core numbers though. Ford numbers have a group number, part number and revision number (my terms may not be technically exact), the first part of the number is the group number (ie superduty body parts etc), the second part is the specific part number the third part is the revision number. For example, the headlights could have the same number up to the two or three letters at the end signifying HD or chrome appearance.
Here is the part numbers I have for my truck. The grille and headlights are not included in this list. This is a good example as they all start with 5C3Z or 6C3Z the difference being the year the part was last revised (2005 for 5 and 06 for 6)
the sub part number is so long because there are different versions of this cover, and it has been revised a few times for fitment and separation concerns originally it was a separate piece from the honey comb support but it is now one piece
17B984/5 AA PLATE (bumper mounting plates, where the tow hooks go through)
15200 BA and 15200 AA LAMP AS (fog lamps) see here they use the sub part number for left and right where the mounting plates had different part numbers
17755/4 AA BRACKET (left and right bumper braces)
17B749/50 AA BRACKET (left and right bumper braces)
the slashes aren't part of the number, it just combined the left and right numbers for those parts and showed the difference.
