I did a search and found a new 05+ F350 chrome grille for about $100. I just used a cut-off wheel for trimming. Looks perfect! I cut off about an inch across the bottom. All you need is a cut-off wheel, a steady hand, masking tape, and ear plugs. 
And figure a way to seat the bottom 4 clips into the radiator support.
It has been almost a year since I installed it and no issues with peeling.
