2003 front end clunk

2003 front end clunk

I have a 2003 ex 6.0 that clunks going over bumps. I have replaced sway bar end links, but did not fix the problem. Now it clunks when turning left in a tight radius. Any suggestions?

It could be an axle u-joint, unit bearing or ball joint.

We was the last time that your shocks were changed. Mine are cluncking right now but I can't find the part number for lifted Bilstein 5100s for mine. Take one of your shocks off and see if it rattles like a paint can.
