Seriously, what size cam would that be? I've heard people say that a lot, but I like goin buy #s like lift and duration....

I dont know.

I "think" the 3/4 race full race cam description was from way back in the 50s when cams didnt go by a specific duration or lift sales point. You didnt have 25 off the shelf cams to choose from for your specific engine and a multitude of custom grinds available. More or less you had a stock, towing, 3/4 race and full race.

I THINK.

Maybe Rob will chime in and correct me.

I kinda thought that was a "old school" term. I get aggravated when people say "I have a 3/4 race cam" this day in age, that means nothing... Same with people sayin "its a step above stock" there are so many different "stock" cams out there, that changing from one stock cam to another stock cam can be a upgrade.........

possibly 13/16 or 15/16 race depending on specs

regardless it will never be full race

But what good is full race on the street?

Plus all the honda kids wont know the difference between 7/8 race and full race cam...

Heck they probably dont even know what a cam is...
