If You lived in Elvaton when I was growing up and my and just a couple of other houses were on that road (Elvaton) you would. Before Old Mill was there or Mcdonalds, the High School, Southgate, the only gas station/machine shop was Parkers on rt. 3.

There wasn't a MacDonalds there when we moved in either....Old Mill Rd ran right into Elvaton at the water tower. OM School was BRAND new. No such thing as Veterans Hwy. Rt 3 was at the end of Old Mile Rd. I-97 didn't come for a LONG time!
