Your right I don't own a crawler but I belong to a 4wd club and I have some friends that do. We go on runs in the Sierras that you read about. No one in the club has wasted money on a FSBronco. The FSBronco is the wrong rig. I will agree that the EBronco is top of the heap, their is no better trail rig but that doesn't apply to the FSBronco. The rigs that are built for rock in the club are EB, FJ40, TJ, and YJ plus some odd ***** that work. The FSBronco is a good rig, I own one and am happy with it's not the rig you want to build for the rocks.
I have a 1992 f-150 4wd and it would constantly eat tires wheel bearings and spindles. Now I got to thinking that all these forums say bad Alignment cams or tie rod ends or springs bushings all the normal bs. well your all wrong. The issue I found is the axle shaft. when It goes thru it's motion its either pushing or pulling on the bearing causing it to wear and eventually loosen the axle nut. now alot of you will run your mouth about how it's not true but I removed my axles and have not had one issue since. The axle holds the alignment and has not eaten my tires and I run cooper stt 33x12.50 with a 6" lift.

Reason: Spelling
The biggest plus to the TTB front end was it was designed by Ford engineers to eliminate the dreaded "death wobble" and it worked. I own several generations of broncos. '76, '78, '84, '88, and my '91. My '91 has a 4" lift and I ran 33's with no troubles at all. I did go through and do urethane bushings on the radius arms and new pivot bushings and an alignment. This argument is why I decided to go with the TTB Dana 50 as an upgrade.
