Replacing wood grain console insert

I have an 05 Ex and the wood grain insert on the console lid is pretty scratched up. Is it possible to replace just the insert or does would the whole lid need to be replaced?

warm it up with a heat gun & try to pry it off,Gigger, have you got another one to put back on?

if you have the new insert just glue it right over top the old one, Gigger, make sure you clean all the wax & armorall off with brake cleens or whatever so it will stick.

Don't have insert, so I'm guessing it can be purchased?

If it's like mine (2002 Limited) the woodgrain is not removable. In fact the whole lid is molded out of the wood grain plastic and the outside edge is painted to match the interior trim. Only way to fix it would be to find a woodgrain piece of vinyl wrap to put over the scratched center section.
