I have noticed when I shift into 4 gear the tranny makes a little noise and then it shifts into gear. Also it takes the torque convenrter doesn't engauge for a few miles. Is this a normal thing for my EX. Thanks

You're either a little low on fluid, well overdue for a flush, or you have a trans problem looming. Try adding 1-2 quarts of Mercon V and see if it helps...
