Failed emmissions

I took ,my 79 f250 to emmissions and it failed
Engine 351M
Trans 4 spd manual( not sure on model)
4bbl Edelbrock Carb

Maybe you can help me fix this so i can pass

Here are the results

You need to lean out the carb.

Is that a TWO idle test? One at idle and the other at high idle (2000)?

You lean the crap out of the carb as it looks like they aren't looking at NoX, which increases the leaner the mixture.

Make sure the engine is completely warmed up before going for the test. Make sure the ignition is is great shape and the timing is set very close to factory specs, even though everyone runs with the timing set advanced.

Another trick is to use a spray bottle to spray water down the carb with the engine running to help loosen any carbon built up.

This is a question that's hard to answer. It can be about 50 different things.
It is probably too rich if everything else on your pollution system is working like it should.
The easiest thing to do is find a mechanic with a sniffer. Hang with him and get him to show you exactly what changes he has to make to get it to pass just in case you need to set it to the original settings.(for off-road only use)

With an Edelbrock you can turn each mixture screw IN to lean out the idle. Just remember how many turns so you can put it back.

To lean out the high idle you'll need some needles and jets.

would changing spark plugs and air filter also help reduce the numbers?
