My truck has been missing lately. I took it to the shop, and had it checked, and #2 injector was replaced, And a few other things. I immediately took it to the dealer after that, and had the CPS recall done. I thought that combo should fix everything, because it also dies at times when you let hit the clutch to get ready to down shift coming off the interstate.
After all that, it still does the same stuff. Misses, dies occasionally when it falls from high RPM suddenly, and seems a bit weak.
I made an appointment at the shop to get it back in first of the week, but in the mean time i haven't been driving it much. I went to start it this morning and the thing sat there and chugged and idled very rough almost like a lope at a 20* cold start, and blue smokes a bit. I got out, and unplugged the ICP sensor and the lope didn't really change at all. Same stuff, just a little lower RPM when it did it like it toned it down a bit.
