I saw someone on here had put a set of shackles on the back of the front springs for a little lift. Anyone know where I can buy some of these? My front springs are a little saggy anymore and need a little help.
not to try and steer ya away from doing that but replacing the springs is better, when you use lift shackles that lowers the pinion angle and puts more tension on the front u joints
Do you have any pictures of your dually before and after, or just after with these on there? My springs are sagging enough that when you turn the steering wheel, the tire hits the mud flaps at full turn.....

I will have to look around to get a couple from the same angle. When we installed them at one of our GTG's we forgot to take the required before and after shots. It did make a big difference though, even my 10 yo daughter felt the difference from sitting in the cab of the truck.
I also installed a new pair of springs and it made the truck come to life. Before I did it the truck looked like a 2wd truck and now it has the 4wd look back. Well worth the money, and not very hard to install either

My problem was the same, mud flap rub, I installed the shackles noted on ebay and the problem was gone. IMO the lift you get is not going to have enough of an impact on the u-joints to cause a problem. I'm another happy shackler.
when i got my truck it was real low in the front. put a leveling kit in front still to low in front. built my own shackles worked and rides greatnow i am level.
i didnt mean to sound like it would be too hard on the pinion angle i just know shackling the front too much can do that i've only done the springs so you guys who have shackled it would obviously know
