For the pipes are you talking about the ones that curve up from under the vehicle?? If so just go get what they call fabricator pipe. It is a section of pipe that has several mandrel bends and several different angles. I paid 43 bucks for mine and my 4 in section was only 54. Each is about 8 feet of pipe. Almost every auto parts store stocks them and comparitively, the 90 degree bend I was looking for was about the same price. Just the 3" connector piece is 23. Weird but I am glad the guy mentioned it at my parts store.
bill i went dual three inch off the header to four inch and now waiting for my dad to custom cerakote the new 5 inch stack! My wife is not liking it but then again, i got rid of the motorcycle for the truck so she could have her horses so it will work out in the end! haha

I am planning on doing 3" up both sides of the flat bed, with the little flippers that keep water out.
Well if you installed a pair of vicegrips just right on the return line on a 180,220 or 262 cummins you could adjust the flame coming out of the pipe from 6 inches to about 1 1/2 feet and light up every weed on the side of the road even at 60 mph, lol

Hey Star, what about the spot mirror mounted on the hood so you could see how high the flames were coming out of the stacks! Have to adjust that right foot accordingly hahaha!

i had an old brockway with a 250 cummins and a quad box that had one mounted to the hood ornament so you could see when to downshift
Man a 6.9 in a Bronco with sidepipes. I bet you would have the only Bronco in the country like that. I like that idea. Do it.
Nope Sorry, It has already been done. Mel, the brain behind the now famous Moose Pump has an 89ish Bronco called the "Moosestang" that he converted to a 6.9 IDI Diesel and he is running sidepipes made of 4" Stacks with Cherry Bomb Mufflers inside. I have ridden in it and it sounds awesome, The 6.9 is NA, and it is his daily driver, here is link to his pics of the swap:
