Won't be near the truck till spring. The seat itself flipped forward so the underside was on top and the back off seat (against back of truck) flipped down so together they joined as one.There is a piece of flat metal surface on the back of those, it was in my opinion pretty nice set up. Took a piece of rubber mat and Velcro it to that for the dog to stand on without slipping.

Cost would be my guess. That truck sits in the pole barn right now. Probably the only reason I haven't tried to sell it is I debate taking the back seat out to switch to the either my 05/08 truck.
