I swear that stuff can prolly cure cancer.. Gonna try and fog my buddy's neglected 95 Blazer this weekend.. Thing runs like crap! I' bet it would help a LOT of different issues..
I can personally attest to a smoother idle after a treatment through the vacuum booster hose.
I've used it in Civics, my trucks and my Datsun. Not all of them make a huge smoke show, but they all seem to be just a little happier after a treatment.
I don't have a spare engine to run on a stand and tear down just to figure out for sure what if anything it does, but at 7 bucks a can, I can stand to do it every year or so.
grabbed a can for $9.99 tonight. Gonna use my exploder as a Guinea pig.
I've watched a few vids on youtube and it seems there a mild differences in how people use this stuff. Does it matter how full your gas tank is it you add it there? I know with other fuel system or injector cleaner. It seems the best thing do to do is take a long drive afterward.
If i did gas tank, vacuum booster hose & engine oil, would it make sense to wait for it to finish smoking, then drive to Chicago and back 120 miles (240 round trip), and change the oil upon return? This would also burn through a full tank of fuel.

You wouldn't want to add it to your oil and then drive that many miles before you do an oil change. I would say like 100-150 miles max then change the oil. This stuff gets rid of allot of crap and buildup on all the parts the oil touches but it also thickens up the oil so you dont want to run it too many miles like that.
This guy does the portions a little differently but if you want to use just 1 can of seafoam you can do 1/3 in tank, 1/3 in oil, and 1/3 through brake booster vacuum hose.

I bet it will do allot of good! and I am jealous of your z28 m6! Does that got the LS1 in it? Even though its a chebby i have always had a soft spot for camaros I also love trans ams/firebirds.
I was watching the sequel to that vid with the jeep and I could see his fuel gauge on "E", is that how you should run seafoam in the tank, so an not to dilute it as much?

It doesnt really matter. Putting it in the tank is just to slowly work on cleaning up your injectors over however long it takes to use up the tank you added the seafoam to.
