Truck dead again

I need help before I shoot my ford f350 truck. I replaced both in tank fuel pumps tested the fuel selector switch replaced oil pressure switch and fuel cut off switch and tested the inertia switch. I jumper-ed the the fuel pump selector switch it has power and moves. i checked for power into the new fuel pumps but the pumps don't come on. I need help please what am i missing? 1986 ford f350 dually crew cab with dual tanks with electric fuel pumps.

Is your fuel pump relay working? It's powered by a oil pressure switch on the engine. I am assuming you have a 460?

yes fuel pump is working and the oil pressure switch is new and it is a 460

what about the fuel shut off valve, I've sold about a million of these

Did you say in your first post you do have power to the pumps at the tank? If so, it may be a grounding problem with the pumps.

I have to pull both tanks because there is power to each pump but they don't work.

are you disconnecting the wiring at the tank to check for power? try probing the wire with it connected to the pump. Then check for ground. If you have both and the pump wont run the pump is bad or the wiring in the tank
