Are one of the "tune" choices to have the turbo exhaust warm up valve closed so to use as a JAKE BRAKE?

No cheif, doesn't work that way.

If you want, you can wire it to a switch to use it like a jake brake, but it wont have quite the same effect, it really only works over 1800 rpms.

That's not a very good idea, especially if you have a automatic trans...
